2. Candidate Obligations
By applying through the Agency, you agree to:

Inform us promptly if any of your information changes, including availability, contact details, or job status.

Notify us immediately if you are offered or accept a position with a company to which we introduced you.

Not approach our clients directly regarding roles we have discussed with you unless we have authorized you to do so.
3. Confidentiality
You agree to keep confidential all information provided to you about job opportunities, including company names, job descriptions, compensation, and interview arrangements.
Likewise, we treat your information with strict confidentiality and only share your details with potential employers after obtaining your consent.
4. No Fees to Candidates
We do not charge candidates any fees for our recruitment services. Our services are free of charge to all job seekers.
5. Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal data will be stored and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for more information.
6. Job Offers & Employment
Any job offer you receive through our agency is made by the employer, not by us. The final decision to accept or decline a role is entirely yours. We are not responsible for employer decisions or changes in job terms after employment begins.
7. Termination of Services
You may withdraw your application or request to be removed from our database at any time by contacting us directly. We also reserve the right to cease working with a candidate if we find that information provided is false or if conduct is deemed unprofessional.
