Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven German Speaking B2B Advertising Specialist to join a global digital sales and marketing solutions provider. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, connect with corporate clients across multiple channels, and play a key part in growing high-value relationships within the tech and digital advertising sector. This position offers excellent flexibility with fully remote and hybrid options across Bulgaria.

Location & Work Mode

  • Country: Bulgaria
  • Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote and hybrid work options are available nationwide).

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound B2B interactions across phone, email, video, and social media channels.
  • Engage directly with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize advanced lead generation and prospecting tools to identify alternative business contacts and expand your client portfolio.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, effectively tracking opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle inside the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Qualify and seamlessly transition warm leads to the onboarding team to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
  • Track and report daily performance metrics, ensuring all targeted KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation. Experience within the tech or digital advertising industry is mandatory.
  • Sales Expertise: Strong understanding of sales funnels, prospecting techniques, and qualification methodologies with a proven ability to grow client relationships and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Knowledge of digital marketing or advertising platforms is an advantage.
  • Core Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently within a fast-paced environment.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time, 09:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday.

  • Base Salary: €2,198 Gross per month.
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly Bonus of up to €1,537.20.
