We are seeking a dynamic Dutch Speaking Solutions Consultant to join a premier digital solutions provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting the world's largest search engine, you will provide non-technical troubleshooting and customer care for popular digital products, services, and platforms (including Google Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies). Your Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, high-quality customer care and non-technical troubleshooting, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction rates.
- Master and efficiently utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and internal customer service tools.
- Engage customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries within agreed SLAs by using a comprehensive knowledge base and established protocols.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices, exchange knowledge, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Core Competencies: Strong active listening, interpersonal abilities, and a deeply customer-focused mindset.
- Problem Solving: Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Adaptability: Quick learner who embraces change, follows structured guides/processes, and maintains composure under pressure.
- Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 - 19:00, Monday to Friday.
- Note: Flexible contract conditions, such as temporary employment and part-time options, are also available.
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Base Salary: €1,740 Gross per month.

- €1,500 Relocation Bonus (paid out in 2 installments to assist with transport, hotel stay, and initial rent).
