About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Dutch-Speaking Customer Experience Specialist to join an energetic international team in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting a leading sports e-commerce platform. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or live chat regarding orders, products, returns, deliveries, and account queries
• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and solutions-driven support to sports enthusiasts and customers
• Resolve complaints and issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
• Proactively identify ways to enhance the customer journey and overall shopping experience
• Accurately log all customer interactions and case resolutions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with teammates and team leaders to maintain high service quality standards
• Stay informed on the platform's product catalogue, promotions, and policy updates

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level) — spoken and written
• Proficient level of English
• Genuine passion for sports and/or active lifestyle is a strong plus
• Strong communication skills with a warm, customer-first attitude
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and e-commerce platforms
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is beneficial but not required
