Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Interest in financial services, payments, or money transfer
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Support German-speaking customers with money transfer inquiries, account access, and transactions
  • Identify and resolve payment issues quickly and accurately
  • Comply with financial regulations and internal compliance procedures
  • Escalate suspicious activity or fraud cases to the appropriate team
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
