We are looking for a vigilant and detail-oriented French-speaking Digital Trust and Safety Specialist to join our global team in Sofia.

What You Will Do

In this essential role, you will protect and secure an online community by reviewing and analyzing digital content. Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring and evaluating user-generated content (text, images, video) to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines.
• Detecting, investigating, and mitigating potential risks, including fraud, identity theft, cyberbullying, and malicious activity.
• Identifying emerging patterns of abuse or scams and reporting them to technical and policy teams.
• Responding to user escalations regarding privacy, safety, and security issues in a sensitive and timely manner.
• Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data security at all times.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in French, alongside a strong working command (B2 or higher) of English.
• Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, objective judgment, and excellent attention to detail.
• Resilience: Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive online content professionally.
• A background or strong interest in digital privacy, online media, compliance, or cybersecurity is highly beneficial.
