We are seeking a reliable Czech-speaking Roadside Assistance Specialist to join our international automotive support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Czech-speaking drivers requiring urgent assistance across Europe. Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Coordination: Respond to incoming calls from Czech-speaking drivers requiring urgent roadside assistance, towing, or technical support.

• Logistics Management: Coordinate with local service providers, mechanics, and towing companies to ensure timely help for the stranded motorist.
• Technical Guidance: Provide initial troubleshooting for common automotive issues and manage car rental or alternative travel arrangements when a vehicle cannot be repaired on-site.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, real-time logs of incidents and service progress using specialized automotive and CRM software.

• Customer Reassurance: Deliver calm and empathetic support to drivers who may be in stressful or high-pressure situations.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level Czech and professional proficiency in English.
• Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
• Professionalism: A calm, professional, and solution-oriented communication style.
• Skills: Strong multitasking skills and the ability to navigate complex geographical data and maps.
