Czech-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Automotive Digital Services | Portugal (Remote / WFH)
Role Overview
An exceptional opportunity has opened for a tech-savvy Czech-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support an innovative, globally recognized brand in the automotive digital services sector. In this role, you will assist drivers and tech users with digital connectivity, navigation systems, smart app integrations, and connected-car services. This position offers the ultimate convenience of fully remote work (Work From Home) from anywhere within Portugal.
Your Responsibilities
- Multichannel Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries from Czech-speaking drivers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with digital vehicle setups, remote smartphone app syncing, in-car entertainment, and infotainment system configurations.
- Account Management: Guide clients through subscription renewals, registration processes, and account troubleshooting for digital service portals.
- Customer Journey: Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented support to ensure a seamless connected-car experience.
- Documentation: Log and categorize customer issues and technical bug reports accurately in internal CRM systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Czech (C1/C2) and a good working command of English (B2 level minimum).
- Location: Must be physically residing in Portugal with a quiet, reliable home office setup.
- Tech Affinity: A strong personal interest in modern technology, mobile apps, digital services, or the automotive industry.
- Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit/Residency for Portugal.
- Soft Skills: Excellent active listening, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a highly patient, customer-centric mindset.
- Preferred: Prior experience in a call center, helpdesk environment, or digital customer service role is an advantage.
