Job Description

We are recruiting Dutch-speaking Digital Marketing Specialists for a consultative digital advertising project in Sofia, Bulgaria, partnering with a global leader in sales and marketing solutions.
In this role, you will connect directly with Dutch-speaking business clients and agencies across the Netherlands and Belgium, serving as their trusted commercial advisor. You will guide businesses on leveraging innovative advertising tools, optimizing ad campaign ROI, and unlocking new growth opportunities within a fast-paced, collaborative tech environment.

Your Role

• Host consultative business meetings and discover client needs to recommend tailored digital advertising strategies.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert on advertising platform features, audience targeting, and campaign enhancements.
  
• Provide proactive recommendations on campaign setup, structure, tracking, and continuous optimization.
  
• Achieve commercial targets by identifying growth opportunities across inbound inquiries and outbound account management.
  
• Maintain pipeline accuracy, record sales activity, and analyze campaign performance metrics using internal CRM systems.
  
• Build and nurture long-term commercial relationships with business decision-makers and marketing agencies.
  

Your Qualifications

• Fluent command of Dutch (native or near-native level), both written and spoken.
  
• Fluent command of English (written and spoken) for corporate communications and training.
  
• Valid work authorization for Bulgaria (no visa sponsorship provided).
  
• Prior experience in B2B sales, account management, customer service, or digital marketing environments is preferred.
  
• Ability to apply value-based consultative selling approaches in a fast-paced setting.
  
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with CRM or sales pipeline software.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Work Model & Location: Hybrid working arrangement based in Sofia, Bulgaria (combining remote work with 2 days per week at the modern Sofia office hub).
  
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (10:00 to 19:00, weekends off).
