About the Role
We are looking for a French-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards, helping to maintain a safe and respectful online environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and moderate content in French according to established policies and guidelines

• Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates standards

• Ensure consistent and high-quality moderation decisions

• Escalate sensitive or complex cases when required

• Meet productivity and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2 or higher)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions

• Good judgment and resilience when dealing with sensitive content

• Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
