Job Overview
We are seeking a customer-oriented Czech Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an exciting Automotive Digital Services project for a globally recognized automotive brand known for innovation and quality. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding premium automotive and digital products, ensuring a professional, warm, and solution-oriented experience. This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote setup from anywhere within Portugal.
Location & Work Mode
- Country: Portugal
- Work Mode: Work From Home (Full-time remote position based anywhere nationwide in Portugal).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email channels, delivering top-tier service.
- Assist customers with questions regarding automotive software and digital products, performing basic troubleshooting to resolve technical or account issues.
- Maintain clear and accurate documentation of all customer interactions, resolutions, and necessary follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Stay up to date with the brand's latest digital service updates, corporate policies, and promotional offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed targeted quality and operational performance goals.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent Czech (C1-C2 level) with good operational English skills.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- Aptitude: A genuine interest in the automotive sector and innovative digital solutions, with a natural ability to troubleshoot problems.
- Organization: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience (Preferred): Prior experience in a customer service or support role is preferred; experience handling CRM platforms is a distinct plus.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time hours, operating on standard rotational schedules to meet project demands.
Salary, Bonuses & Benefits
- Base Salary: €890 Gross x 14 months per year.
- Meal Allowance: €7.23 per working day.
