This is a 100% Work From Home (WFH) position open to candidates residing anywhere within Portugal.
The Role
- Customer Care: Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat with product inquiries, account management, and service updates.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints, tracking issues, or billing queries efficiently and with high empathy.
- Technical Guidance: Help users navigate digital platforms, application settings, or online tools step-by-step.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, detailed records of customer interactions within our internal CRM system.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Remote / Work From Home within Portugal.
- Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (laptop, monitor, headset, and secure digital tools) will be fully provided and shipped directly to your home.

Requirements
- Native or Near-Native Italian: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, helpful tone.
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for training systems and internal team communications.
- Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal (with a valid Portuguese NIF and NISS, or ready to establish them).
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, time management, and a high degree of self-motivation to work independently.
- Home Workspace: A quiet, dedicated area to work with a reliable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
