Italian Speaking Account Manager – Digital Marketing

Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical and relationship-driven Italian Speaking Account Manager to join a leading global customer experience provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting the LinkedIn Revive project, you will manage a dedicated portfolio of corporate clients in the digital marketing space. Your core focus will be to re-engage former business accounts, support their platform reactivation, and guide them on maximizing their online presence through tailored marketing strategies.

Location & Work Mode

  • City: Sofia

  • Work Mode: Hybrid (Office presence required on Wednesdays and Thursdays; flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week).

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Reach out to former business clients to support their platform reactivation and renewed engagement.
  • Manage an active portfolio of B2B accounts, building strong, long-term commercial relationships.
  • Develop, monitor, and execute a structured pipeline plan to continuously grow your client portfolio.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to increase client investment in modern digital marketing solutions.
  • Consult with clients via phone, email, and interactive online meetings to understand their business goals and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring provided solutions align directly with client needs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets, performance KPIs, and quarterly revenue goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform product updates, digital advertising best practices, and industry trends.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent Italian (C1/C2) with good operational English skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales, account management, business development, or high-level customer service.
  • Sales Knowledge: A solid understanding of sales strategies, account execution, and pipeline tracking methodology.
  • Industry Alignment: A genuine interest or experience in digital marketing, social media advertising, or SaaS platforms.
  • Core Competencies: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.
  • Technical Skills: Competency in MS Office; prior experience with CRM management software is a distinct plus.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 – 19:00, Monday to Friday.

  • Base Salary: €1,670.39 Gross per month.
  • Performance Bonus: Quarterly performance-based bonus of up to €1,551.70.
