Your Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of B2B accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Client Reactivation: Proactively reach out to former clients to re-engage them with platform services.
• Growth & Upselling: Identify new opportunities to increase client investment and optimize their marketing results.
• Consultative Support: Understand client goals and provide expert, tailored recommendations for their marketing strategies.
• Multichannel Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.
• Targets & KPIs: Work toward quarterly goals and sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Bulgaria.
• Experience: Background in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, interest in digital marketing, and an ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.

The Offer

• Work Model: Hybrid position (on-site presence required on Wednesdays and Thursdays) in Sofia.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (Weekdays only).
