Enjoy shopping, helping people, and working from home? We're looking for a Dutch-speaking e-commerce support advisor to assist customers of one of the region's leading online retail platforms — fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Passion for e-commerce, retail, or fashion
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with orders, returns, deliveries, and account queries
  • Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive experience
  • Coordinate with logistics and fulfilment teams on order status updates
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Identify patterns in common issues and share feedback with team leads
