We are looking for a motivated customer support professional to join our international team. Based on-site in Athens, Greece, you will assist customers in their native language and deliver outstanding service every day.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital communities
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking users with account, privacy, content, and platform inquiries
  • Review and respond to escalated support tickets in a timely and empathetic manner
  • Ensure all responses align with platform guidelines and community standards
  • Identify and escalate policy violations or urgent safety concerns
  • Handle sensitive cases with care, professionalism, and clear communication
