French Customer Support Advisor – Payment Solutions Industry (Lisbon)

Are you a French speaker with an interest in finance, fintech, or digital payments? We are looking for professional and detail-oriented individuals to join our international hub on-site in Lisbon! In this role, you will support users and merchants navigating cutting-edge Payment Solutions, ensuring secure, smooth, and efficient financial transactions.

The Role

  • Account Support: Assist French-speaking clients and merchants with account setups, verification processes, and billing inquiries.
  • Transaction Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve issues regarding payment processing, transfers, card management, and digital wallets.
  • Security & Compliance: Monitor transaction security, guide users through safety protocols, and escalate potential fraudulent activity following strict industry standards.
  • Customer Care: Deliver high-quality service via phone, email, or chat to maintain high client satisfaction and trust.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern and secure office environment.

What We Offer

  • Salary: €1,000 – €1,300 Gross monthly (aligned with our French speaker bracket).
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Relocation Support: * Flight Reimbursement for your move to Lisbon.

Requirements

  • Native or Near-Native French: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for internal communications and training systems.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Analytical Mindset: Excellent attention to detail, precision with data, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer First: A patient, empathetic approach when dealing with sensitive financial or account-related questions.
