About the Role

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to join our team in Rabat for a major international telecommunications project. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, delivering high-quality support across phone and email. You will assist customers with general inquiries, technical troubleshooting, complaint resolution, and product guidance, combining top-tier service with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional and helpful attitude.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding customers to effective solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant telecommunications products, services, and upgrades (cross-selling/upselling).
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions in the database.
  • Adhere to established service procedures, quality standards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate effectively within an international, multicultural team environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Language Skills: Dutch at B2/C1 level or higher. English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Work Authorization: Must have a valid right to work in Morocco (visa sponsorship is not provided).
  • Location: Currently based in Morocco or willing to relocate to Rabat independently.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • Comfortable navigating technical troubleshooting and resolving difficult customer situations.
    • Commercial mindset with ease in identifying relevant sales/upselling opportunities.
    • Solid computer literacy and accurate data entry skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer support, technical assistance, sales, or call centers is preferred but not required.

Schedule & Working Hours

  • Contract: Indefinite employment contract with a 6-month probation period.
  • Working Hours: 44 hours per week.
  • Shift Rotations:
    • Monday – Friday: Between 09:00 and 22:00
    • Saturday: Between 09:00 and 19:00
  • Training: 4 weeks of comprehensive initial training (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00).
