Turkish-Speaking Social Media Content Moderator – 24/7 Operations (Lisbon)

The Role

  • Content Review: Monitor, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content (videos, images, text, and audio) in Turkish to ensure strict alignment with the platform's community guidelines and policies.
  • Risk Identification: Detect and quickly flag inappropriate, fraudulent, harmful, or policy-violating material, ensuring swift action is taken.
  • Objective Decision-Making: Make independent, accurate choices regarding content removals or account escalations based on established global guidelines.
  • Data Privacy: Handle sensitive information and user reports with the highest level of confidentiality and digital security.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a state-of-the-art, high-tech corporate office.
  • Shift Pattern: 24/7 Rotational Shifts. Because social media never sleeps, candidates must be fully flexible to work a rotating schedule that includes day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts to ensure around-the-clock global safety.

Requirements

  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
