Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and messages from Italian customers regarding retail product orders, accounts, and deliveries.
• Resolve consumer complaints smoothly, ensuring a premium brand image.
• Coordinate with the internal back-office team to track missing orders or manage refunds.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Italian and conversational English.
• Friendly, professional persona with a passion for client interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.

• Salary Rate: €1,000 – €1,100 Gross / Month.
