Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Care: Assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and digital messaging channels with product inquiries, order tracking, and warranty services.
  • Ecosystem Troubleshooting: Guide users through software updates, account security settings, cloud storage synchronization, and device connectivity across a premium product ecosystem.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate repairs, express replacements, and hardware diagnostics, ensuring a flawless end-to-end service journey.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Deliver an elite, high-touch customer service experience that aligns with the premium nature and reputation of the brand.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolution cases within advanced internal CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level Norwegian with exceptional communication skills, and professional proficiency in English.
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Home Office: A quiet, private workspace with a stable high-speed internet connection (state-of-the-art technical hardware will be provided and shipped directly to your door).
  • Tech Affinity: A strong interest in smart technology, mobile operating systems, digital applications, and basic hardware diagnostics.
  • Empathy: Excellent listening skills and the ability to guide users of all technical levels with patience and professionalism.
