Russian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Digital Advertising) – Lisbon, Portugal

Introduction A leading global customer experience provider is recruiting Russian-speaking Customer Support Specialists for an on-site role in Lisbon. In this position, you will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in managing and optimizing their digital advertising campaigns on a global platform, working in a fast-paced, international tech environment.

Your Role * SMB Support: Assist business clients via chat, email, and phone with pre- and post-sales inquiries.

• Campaign Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to advertising tools, account functionality, and platform features.
• Performance Optimization: Guide customers on how to use digital tools effectively to improve their ad performance.
• Trend Identification: Spot recurring issues and provide feedback to contribute to service improvements.
• Escalation: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and ensure client satisfaction.
• Records Management: Maintain accurate data logs and follow internal quality processes.

Your Qualifications * Language Skills: Native or near-native Russian (C1/C2) and a good command of English.

• Interest: A strong interest in digital marketing, tech, and online advertising.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support, sales, or digital marketing is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.

The Offer * Contract: Full-time, on-site position in Lisbon (40 hours/week).

• Schedule: Rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday) between 07:00 and 00:00.
