Role Overview

In this role, you will be the voice of a major sports e-commerce brand, assisting customers via voice, chat, and email to ensure they have the best possible shopping experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Multichannel Support: Deliver exceptional service through phone, live chat, and email.
• Problem Solving: Handle inquiries regarding orders, products, and deliveries with professionalism and speed.
• Escalation Management: Manage more complex cases with diplomacy and empathy to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Efficiency: Multitask across several internal systems and tools simultaneously.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with international colleagues to improve the overall service quality and customer journey.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written).
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Bulgaria.
• Education: Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Skills: Strong logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Mindset: Positive, solution-oriented, and a true team player.
• Experience: Previous call center or BPO experience is an advantage, but fully paid training is provided.

The Offer

• Compensation: Very competitive base salary plus a performance bonus starting from the 3rd month.
• Work Model: Full-time, on-site role in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Schedule: Rotational shifts (09:00–18:00 or 12:00–21:00) between Monday and Sunday, with two days off per week.
