Role Overview

Join a global customer experience provider in Lisbon working with a world-renowned digital platform. In this hybrid sales and management role, you will help businesses grow by designing and optimizing their online advertising strategies. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from identifying new B2B opportunities to managing long-term client success and ROI.

Your Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Prospect and engage new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Account Onboarding: Facilitate the activation and setup of new advertisers on the platform.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic advisor, recommending tailored advertising solutions to meet client goals.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor and adjust live advertising campaigns to ensure maximum performance and return on investment.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of B2B clients and agency partners.
  • Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships through consistent support and data-driven strategy adjustments.

Requirements

  • Languages: Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, digital marketing, or business development.
  • Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), understanding of sales funnels, and strong analytical skills. Experience with GoogleAds or MetaAds is a significant advantage.
  • Mindset: Results-driven, persuasive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
