Role Overview

In this role, you will focus on the DACH market, driving business expansion and managing client portfolios for a prominent global brand. Your Responsibilities

  • Outbound Market Engagement: Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to pre-qualified leads, corporate clients, and consumers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
  • Consultative Selling: Identify specific client needs, present tailored product configurations, and effectively overcome objections to close deals or secure contract renewals.
  • Pipeline Management: Nurture potential clients through the sales cycle, ensuring structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
  • CRM Integrity: Accurately update customer master data, record interaction details, and track active sales funnels within the internal CRM platform.
  • KPI Alignment: Consistently meet or exceed individual monthly sales targets, revenue quotas, and call-quality benchmarks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Languages: Native or near-native fluency in German (C1/C2 level) paired with a good professional command of English (B2).
  • Location: Must be physically living in Bulgaria with a quiet, dedicated home-office setup.
  • Connectivity: A reliable, high-speed wired internet connection.
  • Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation skills, a high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience: Prior background in outbound telesales, cold calling, business development, or account management is highly preferred.
