Italian-Speaking Inside Sales Specialist – Technology Industry (Work From Home, Portugal)

Are you a results-driven Italian speaker with a proven track record in sales? A leading global Technology Company is looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Specialist to join our digital team.

This is a 100% Work From Home (WFH) position open to candidates already residing in Portugal. Please note that prior sales experience is strictly required for this role, and no relocation support is provided.

The Role

  • B2B Pipeline Generation: Identify, prospect, and engage potential business clients across Italian-speaking markets.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to understand client business needs and pitch tailored technology solutions (software, cloud, or hardware ecosystems).
  • Deal Closure: Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasting, and customer records within the CRM system.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Remote / Work From Home within Portugal.
  • Equipment: Full high-tech home office setup (laptop, monitor, headset) will be provided by the company.
  • Relocation: No relocation package or accommodation support is available for this role. Candidates must already be established in Portugal with their own housing.

Strict Requirements – Please Read Carefully

  • Sales Experience (Strictly Mandatory): Minimum of 1–2 years of solid experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, account management, or cold calling. Candidates without a verifiable sales background will not be considered.
  • Language: Native or Near-Native Italian (C1/C2 verbal and written) is essential for negotiating with corporate stakeholders.
  • English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for internal communications and product training.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid, existing Work Permit for Portugal (with a valid Portuguese NIF/NISS).
  • Home Setup: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a stable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
