Are you a detail-oriented German speaker who enjoys keeping things moving? We're hiring a fully remote logistics and supply chain support specialist to assist German-speaking customers with transport and delivery services — work from anywhere in Greece.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or transport services
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers with shipment tracking, delivery queries, and claims
- Resolve logistics and transport-related issues efficiently
- Liaise with carriers and internal operations teams on escalated cases
- Proactively update customers on their shipment status
- Maintain accurate records of all cases in the system
