Requirements

  • Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Interest in technology, software, or digital services
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound inquiries from Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot software, account, and platform-related issues step by step
  • Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system
  • Escalate complex technical cases to the appropriate specialist team
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution rates
