Job Overview

We are seeking an analytical and culturally aware Spanish Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join a leading European BPO provider in Sofia, Bulgaria. Supporting a major international company, you will play a critical role in moderating user-generated digital content and back-office information. Your objective is to ensure platform compliance, mitigate digital risks, and enforce strict community safety guidelines to maintain a trusted online environment.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Review user-generated content and back-office data to ensure absolute compliance with established platform safety policies.
  • Take prompt, objective, and appropriate moderation actions on digital materials that violate guidelines or pose legal/safety risks.
  • Maintain an exhaustive and up-to-date understanding of internal safety protocols and compliance policy modifications.
  • Identify, analyze, and track behavioral patterns to proactively flag emerging platform risks or coordinated abuse.
  • Justify and defend moderation decisions with clear context and structured reasoning during internal quality audits.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish (C1 level) paired with a strong operational command of English (B2 level minimum).
  • Cultural Awareness: A deep understanding of Spanish pop culture, global current events, and local digital trends.
  • Core Competencies: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to manage shifting priorities and large volumes of data.
  • Critical Thinking: Analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to identify user behavioral trends to improve decision-making accuracy.
  • Experience (Asset): Previous experience investigating online fraud, spam networks, or inappropriate digital content is a strong asset.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time hours operating on standard project operational shifts.

  • Base Salary: €1,330 Gross per month.
