We are seeking a social media-savvy and customer-centric Italian Speaking Creator Support Specialist to join a leading international digital company in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for Italian content creators, offering operational assistance, policy guidance, and tool optimization insights to enhance their presence and experience on major digital platforms. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality omni-channel support to Italian content creators via chat, email, and phone calls.
- Guide creators on how to effectively use platform tools, features, monetization guidelines, and community policies.
- Track, isolate, and troubleshoot technical account errors or delivery disruptions.
- Identify recurring platform bugs or creator trends and deliver actionable feedback to internal engineering and product teams.
- Monitor highly complex or sensitive accounts, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely follow-ups.
- Participate in regular continuous training sessions to remain fully updated on software patches, layout updates, and best practices.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent written and spoken Italian (C2 level) paired with a good command of English (B2 level minimum).
- Domain Interest: A strong, genuine interest in social media platforms, digital content creation, online video trends, or modern web technologies.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, a deep sense of user empathy, high precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Multitasking: Confident ability to manage multiple open support cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience (Plus): Prior experience in customer care, helpdesk positions, or digital media services is an asset.

- Base Salary Options:
- €1,050.00 Gross per month (with permanent company-provided accommodation included).
- €1,251.83 Gross per month (without company-provided accommodation).
