Italian Customer Support Specialist – Home Appliances Industry (Lisbon)
Are you an Italian speaker who loves helping people and has an interest in modern home tech, smart appliances, or consumer electronics? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our international customer care hub on-site in Lisbon. In this role, you will represent a household-name Home Appliances brand, helping families and individuals get the absolute best out of their daily household products.
The Role
- Customer Advisory: Act as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers regarding product inquiries, warranty questions, and order placements.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users step-by-step with appliance setups, smart home connectivity issues, and operational guide queries via phone, email, or live chat.
- Service Coordination: Schedule maintenance, repair visits, or parts replacements with local technicians when hardware issues arise.
- Case Management: Document customer interactions, issue resolutions, and feedback accurately in our internal CRM database.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
- Work Model: Full-time, 100% on-site role based in a modern, multicultural, and energy-filled office hub.

Requirements
- Native or Near-Native Italian: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, helpful tone.
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher to ensure seamless internal communications and training.
- Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
- Problem Solver: Patient, empathetic, and organized, with a natural ability to guide people through simple hardware or software fixes.
- Tech-Comfortable: Ability to multi-task across multiple internal computer systems and databases smoothly.
