Your Responsibilities * Expert Support: Provide high-level assistance via chat, phone, and email to Spanish-speaking customers.

• Complex Resolutions: Handle inquiries regarding account management, payments, disputes, and transactions.
• Financial Safety: Manage fraud investigations, chargebacks, and formal complaint resolutions with meticulous detail.
• Operational Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert for the team, offering guidance on financial processes and internal procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure all actions strictly adhere to regulatory standards and banking protocols.

Requirements * Languages: Native or fluent Spanish and a good command of English.

• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or specialized areas like Billing/Collections.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle complex cases independently.
