Role Overview

Your Responsibilities

• Multichannel Support: Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
• Inquiry Management: Handle product-related questions, manage orders, and resolve general customer inquiries with a solution-oriented approach.
• Customer Satisfaction: Address complaints professionally and provide timely solutions to maintain high service standards.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve complex or ongoing cases.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain and update internal systems and customer records with precision.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (C1/C2) and a good command of English.
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, team-player attitude.
• Mindset: Customer-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
