Are you an Italian speaker who loves organizing, solving puzzles, and keeping transactions running smoothly? We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our digital operations team. In this role, you will manage, verify, and track orders for a major global platform, ensuring a flawless experience from the checkout button to the customer's doorstep.

This is a Work From Home (WFH) position open exclusively to candidates residing in the Lisbon area, giving you the flexibility of remote work alongside the ability to easily drop by our local hub for community events and team touchpoints.

The Role

  • Order Management: Monitor and process incoming orders placed by Italian-speaking customers or businesses, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
  • Logistics & Tracking: Coordinate with inventory and shipping partners to resolve logistics delays, track missing packages, and provide real-time updates.
  • Transaction Support: Assist users via email and chat with order modifications, cancellations, product availability questions, and billing adjustments.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate fulfillment errors or payment discrepancies, taking swift ownership to fix the issue and prevent future bottlenecks.

Working Model & Location

  • Location: Remote / Work From Home based in the Lisbon area (candidates must live within commuting distance for occasional team meetings or training updates).
  • Equipment: A complete high-tech home office setup (laptop, monitor, headset, and secure digital tools) will be fully provided and shipped directly to your door.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or Near-Native Italian with a strong command of English (B2) for training and global internal updates.
  • Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Portugal (with a valid Portuguese NIF and NISS, or ready to establish them).
  • Analytical Mindset: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a logical approach to tracing data.
  • Tech-Comfortable: Quick to learn new systems; previous experience with order management systems or CRM software is a major advantage.
  • Home Workspace: A quiet, dedicated area to work with a reliable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
