You will handle customer inquiries for some of the world's leading brands in retail and consumer services.

Responsibilities

• Handle general client inquiries via inbound calls, email, or chat in Danish.
• Assist users with product inquiries, delivery timelines, billing setups, and basic account issues.
• Strive for high customer satisfaction by providing precise and prompt information.
• Log all interactions accurately in our customer database.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in Danish (written and spoken) and conversational English.
• Enthusiastic team player with great communication and listening skills.
• Basic IT literacy and familiarity with digital retail systems.
• Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.

What We Offer

• Attractive Salary: €1,300 – €1,600 Gross / Month.
