We are seeking a professional, consumer-focused French-speaking Customer Advisor to represent a global leader in the premium tobacco and next-generation heated tobacco industry. Working from our state-of-the-art office hub in Athens, you will support retail customers and commercial partners across France and French-speaking regions. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Consumer Support: Handle incoming inquiries from French-speaking consumers and retailers via phone, email, and live chat regarding product features, orders, and premium loyalty programs.
  • Device & Tech Troubleshooting: Guide users through the setup, cleaning, Bluetooth connectivity, and proper maintenance of next-generation heated tobacco electronic devices.
  • B2B & Merchant Liaison: Assist tobacconists and retail vendors with stock orders, delivery tracking, commercial invoices, and point-of-sale support.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to industry-specific regulations, ensuring age-verification protocols are maintained across all customer and account interactions.
  • System Logging: Meticulously update customer records and device diagnostics within advanced internal CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or C2-level French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Legal: Mandatory EU Passport or a valid permit to work in Greece. (Note: Residence permits from other EU member states are not valid for employment in Greece).
  • Tech Literacy: Comfort learning electronic device diagnostics and handling basic hardware troubleshooting logic.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a patient, service-oriented approach.
  • Location: Must be willing to work from our physical office campus in Athens (central location with excellent transit links).
