Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential business clients within the Dutch market.
- Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact through cold calling, professional emailing, and social selling
- Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand business needs, budget, and authority, ensuring leads meet the criteria for the Sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately document all interactions and lead status updates in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Market Insight: Provide feedback on market trends and common objections to refine sales scripts and strategies.
Requirements
- Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (C2) and a professional level of English (B2/C1).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is highly preferred (ideally 6–12 months).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilience: A target-driven mindset with the persistence to handle objections and high-volume outreach.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and digital prospecting tools.
- Availability: Eligibility to work in the designated location.
