  • Pipeline Management: Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately document all interactions and lead status updates in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Market Insight: Provide feedback on market trends and common objections to refine sales scripts and strategies.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (C2) and a professional level of English (B2/C1).
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation is highly preferred (ideally 6–12 months).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Resilience: A target-driven mindset with the persistence to handle objections and high-volume outreach.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and digital prospecting tools.
  • Availability: Eligibility to work in the designated location.
