Customer Support Representative with Czech/Slovak & English
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative fluent in Czech or Slovak and English to join a global customer experience company in Bulgaria. In this role, you will become part of a supportive, international team, helping customers resolve inquiries while developing valuable communication and problem-solving skills. This position offers a 100% remote work structure from any location within Bulgaria.
Location & Work Mode
- Country: Bulgaria
- Work Mode: Work From Home (Fully remote position based anywhere nationwide in Bulgaria).
Your Role & Responsibilities
- Listen, evaluate, and respond to incoming customer queries efficiently via phone and email channels.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by utilizing internal knowledge databases and systems.
- Identify and thoroughly assess customer needs to ensure high levels of brand satisfaction.
- Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer care during every interaction.
- Document customer cases and cross-functional feedback accurately within the system.
Your Qualifications
- Language Proficiency: Fluency (written and spoken) in either Czech or Slovak, paired with good English communication skills.
- Experience: No previous customer support experience is required! Complete training is provided.
- Core Competencies: A strong customer-oriented mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently from home while collaborating effectively as part of a virtual team.
Shifts & Working Hours
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00. Enjoy a stable, standard business schedule with your evenings and weekends completely free!

- Base Salary: €1,534 Gross per month.
