Job Overview

We are recruiting an analytical and customer-focused Arabic Speaking Advertising Support Specialist on behalf of a leading global customer experience company in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will provide critical B2B support to small and medium-sized businesses utilizing one of the world's most widely used self-service digital advertising platforms. You will assist corporate clients with account setup, technical troubleshooting, and tool optimization to help them maximize their online marketing reach and business success.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Support small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) advertisers through chat, email, and targeted outbound phone interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales support for self-service digital marketing products and automated campaign features.
  • Guide business clients through platform interfaces, dashboard tools, policy compliance guidelines, and advertising best practices.
  • Investigate, isolate, and troubleshoot technical or operational anomalies affecting active ad campaigns or account delivery.
  • Manage multiple platform systems, tracking tools, and client interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track and identify recurring product trends or glitches, delivering structured data insights to internal teams to improve overall user satisfaction.

Your Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level fluency in Arabic paired with a good operational command of English (both written and spoken).
  • Domain Interest: A genuine passion for digital marketing, online advertising mechanics, web analytics, and modern technology.
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, sharp problem-solving abilities, and an empathetic, customer-centric mindset.
  • Multitasking: Highly organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to navigate multiple software tools and client files at once.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working across chat, email, and phone support channels within an evolving corporate ecosystem.

Shifts & Working Hours

  • Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Calendar: Rotational schedule covering Monday to Sunday. Holiday entitlement and public holiday compensation are fully aligned with Portuguese labor law.

Salary, Bonuses & Benefits

  • Base Salary Options (Gross):

    • €1,083 to €1,295 Gross per month (with permanent company-provided accommodation included).
  • Bonuses: Performance-based incentive bonus opportunities.
