Do you want to turn your love for gaming into a rewarding professional career? We are seeking an enthusiastic French-speaking Player Support Specialist to join our dedicated Riot Games support team in Sofia!

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be the ultimate ally to our French-speaking gaming community, helping players resolve issues so they can get back into the game. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting players via a ticketing system and chat with account recovery, missing in-game content, and purchase/billing inquiries.
• Troubleshooting technical issues, including connection errors, client glitches, and hardware compatibility problems.
• Investigating and responding to player reports regarding in-game behavior, competitive integrity, and fair play.
• Providing constructive feedback and insights from the player community to internal development teams.
• Delivering high-quality, empathetic support that matches the unique and passionate tone of the Riot Games community.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in French, alongside a strong working command (B2 or higher) of English.
• Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Gaming Passion: A deep familiarity with Games like - League of Legends, VALORANT, TFT, Wild Rift. And a genuine understanding of player culture.
• Skills: Excellent written communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a patient, player-first mentality.
• Previous experience in player support or customer service is preferred, but full training on tools and internal systems is provided!
