We are looking for a detail-oriented German-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, supporting a major global brand in the gaming industry.

What You Will Do

In this back-office role, your focus will be on behind-the-scenes support, ensuring players enjoy a flawless and secure gaming experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and resolving player account issues, payment discrepancies, and subscription queries.
• Monitoring in-game activity to investigate and handle cheating, fraud, or violations of community guidelines.
• Processing data updates, handling verification requests (KYC), and managing localized game documentation.
• Collaborating with technical and development teams to report recurring bugs and system issues.
• Providing high-quality email, chat, or ticketing support in German and English (no cold calling).

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in German, alongside a strong working command (B2 or higher) of English.
• Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and a tech-savvy mindset.
• Passion: A genuine interest in video games, online gaming communities, or the iGaming industry is highly preferred!
