Role Overview

You will support B2B clients in the digital marketing sector, helping businesses grow their online presence by re-engaging with platform solutions. Your Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Manage a dedicated portfolio of B2B accounts, serving as their primary point of contact.

• Client Reactivation: Proactively reach out to former clients to re-engage them with platform services.

• Growth & Upselling: Identify new opportunities to increase client investment and optimize their marketing results.

• Consultative Support: Understand client goals and provide expert, tailored recommendations for their marketing strategies.

• Multichannel Communication: Engage with clients via phone, email, and online meetings.

• Targets & KPIs: Work toward quarterly goals and sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Languages: Native or near-native fluency in French (C1/C2) and a good command of English.

• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Bulgaria.
• Experience: Background in sales, account management, or customer service (Marketing experience is a plus).

• Skills: Strong relationship-building skills, interest in digital marketing, and an ability to identify growth opportunities.

• Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and organized.

The Offer

• Salary: Competitive base salary (approx. €2,103 gross per month).
• Quarterly Bonus: Attractive performance bonus (approx. €1,551 gross per quarter).
• Work Model: Hybrid position (typically 2 office days per week) in Sofia.

• Relocation Package: (If moving from abroad) Includes travel reimbursement and initial hotel accommodation.
