Your Responsibilities

• Player Assistance: Support German-speaking customers with account setups, verification, login issues, and platform navigation.
• Transaction Support: Handle questions related to financial transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus requests.
• Betting Expertise: Answer specific questions regarding sports betting and gaming rules.
• Multichannel Support: Provide high-quality service primarily through chat and email (with potential for social media support).
• Compliance: Maintain high standards regarding responsible gaming and data protection regulations.

Requirements

• Languages: Native-level proficiency in German and advanced English (verbal and written).
• Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Bulgaria.
• Experience: Ideally, at least 1 year in a customer-facing role (BPO or call center experience preferred).
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the gaming/betting industry or a strong interest in sports is a major plus.
• Availability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and nights.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
