• Claims & Cancellations: Support customers through the claims submission process or policy cancellations.
• Quality Standards: Maintain high service quality and meet specific performance targets set by the insurance provider.

Requirements * Language Skills: Native-level German (C2) and proficiency in English (B2).

• Experience: Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
