Do you speak German and love helping travellers? We're offering a fully remote travel support role assisting German-speaking customers of one of Europe's leading online travel and accommodation platforms.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
  • Passion for travel and knowledge of the online travel industry
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
  • Relocation to Greece is mandatory - relocation package provided
  • Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece

Responsibilities

  • Assist German-speaking customers with bookings, cancellations, and travel-related queries
  • Resolve issues with payments, reservations, and partner properties
  • Communicate proactively with customers during travel disruptions
  • Coordinate with accommodation partners and internal teams on complex cases
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic service
