Do you speak German and love helping travellers? We're offering a fully remote travel support role assisting German-speaking customers of one of Europe's leading online travel and accommodation platforms.
Requirements
- Native or fluent German speaker (C1/C2 level); good English proficiency required
- Passion for travel and knowledge of the online travel industry
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment
- Relocation to Greece is mandatory - relocation package provided
- Holder of an EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
Responsibilities
- Assist German-speaking customers with bookings, cancellations, and travel-related queries
- Resolve issues with payments, reservations, and partner properties
- Communicate proactively with customers during travel disruptions
- Coordinate with accommodation partners and internal teams on complex cases
- Maintain customer satisfaction through efficient and empathetic service
