Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and chat messages regarding retail products, billing queries, and general accounts.
  • Assist customers with account registration, navigating online storefronts, and processing tracking orders.
  • Professionally handle complaints, offering quick, creative solutions to maintain brand loyalty.
  • Cross-reference customer data across multiple internal software programs.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in German (written and spoken) and strong English skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with an upbeat and empathetic phone manner.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
  • Must hold a valid EU Passport or a current, unrestricted work permit for Greece.
