Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Office-based)

Position Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Are you a fluent French speaker with a knack for helping people? Do you want to build a career in the fast-paced travel, mobility, and tourism sector? We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional French-speaking Customer Service Consultant to join our team in Sofia, supporting one of the world's leading global car rental brands.

What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring they receive a premium experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers via phone and email with vehicle bookings, reservation modifications, and general inquiries.
  • Providing clear, accurate information regarding rental policies, vehicle availability, insurance coverage, and billing.
  • Resolving customer concerns and post-rental queries with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with global operations and logistics teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For

  • Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level in French, alongside a solid working command (B2 or higher) of English.
  • Right to Work: You must possess an EU Passport or a valid, unrestricted work permit for Bulgaria.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortably navigating internal database systems and CRM software.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or the automotive industry is a great plus, but not mandatory—full training is provided!
