The Role
- Booking Assistance: Support Dutch-speaking travelers and property hosts with reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve issues regarding payments, refunds, confirmations, and platform check-in details via phone, email, or live chat.
- Host Relations: Assist property owners and partners with listing optimization, calendar synchronization, and account configurations.
- Customer Care: Provide empathetic, efficient, and top-tier service to ensure a seamless travel and hosting experience.
Working Model & Location
- Location: Based on-site at our modern office hub in Porto, Portugal.
- Relocation: No relocation package, flight reimbursement, or accommodation support is available for this role. Candidates must already have secure, permanent housing in the Porto area.

Requirements
- Native or Near-Native Dutch: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a hospitable, solutions-oriented approach.
- English Proficiency: B2 level or higher for internal communications and software navigation.
- Legal Status: Must hold an EU Passport or a valid, existing Work Permit for Portugal (with your NIF and NISS already established).
- Skills: Excellent multitasking capabilities, strong attention to detail, and a calm demeanor when resolving time-sensitive travel updates.
- Tech-Comfortable: Ability to navigate multiple screen layouts, internal CRM databases, and booking systems smoothly.
