Role Overview

A leading global customer experience provider is recruiting Cape Verdean Creole and English-speaking Interpreters for a fully remote role based in Portugal. This position involves providing real-time interpretation across critical sectors such as healthcare, legal, and insurance.

Your Responsibilities

• Real-time Interpretation: Facilitate spoken communication between Cape Verdean Creole and English speakers.
• Industry Support: Provide essential services for the medical, legal, and customer service sectors.
• Accuracy & Neutrality: Ensure complete and precise translation while remaining professional and neutral in sensitive situations.
• Confidentiality: Maintain strict privacy standards at all times.
• Session Management: Use internal digital tools to handle and document interpretation calls efficiently.

Requirements

• Languages: Fluency in Cape Verdean Creole and English (C1/C2 level).
• Skills: Strong listening and communication skills; high attention to detail.
• Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital, and remote setting.
• Flexibility: Available for flexible schedules, including weekend shifts.
• Documents: EU passport or valid work permit for Portugal
