Portuguese-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media) – Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

Role Overview

Join a global technology services provider supporting one of the world's major social media hiring platforms! As a Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure that enterprise-level clients achieve maximum ROI and performance from their hiring programs. This is a strategic role focused on product adoption, quality assurance, and long-term client satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Implementation: Drive the setup process for new Hiring Enterprise Program (HEP) customers, ensuring all product integrations are completed correctly.
  • Customer Value: Guide clients to success by maximizing their adoption and engagement with the platform's hiring tools.
  • Strategic Guidance: Maintain a deep understanding of the platform's products to provide best-practice advice to clients.
  • Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor customer milestones, activation goals, and user engagement levels.
  • Reporting & Data: Record all activity in CRM systems and analyze data/trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting: Help triage technical tickets and collaborate with internal departments to solve client issues.

Requirements

  • Languages: Native or fluent Portuguese and English (both C1 level).
  • Legal Status: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Work Permit for Bulgaria.
  • Experience: Ability to analyze data and client information to identify service growth opportunities.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and strong project management skills.
  • Communication: Comfortable interacting with high-level clients and building trust quickly.
  • Attributes: Organized, able to prioritize tasks independently, and comfortable working within CRM queues.

The Offer

  • Work Model: Hybrid model (on-site in Sofia on Wednesdays and Thursdays).
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 (Weekdays only).
  • Compensation: Very competitive base salary + fantastic commission structure.
